So this weeks sparks of life quest has been dropping out of my quest log whenever i log off or dced and its getting anyone where i had 30 then 0 when i got dced during the quest other people having the same issues too

You’ll want to click the pencil icon to edit your post and move it to the Bug Report forum for QA to investigate.

Technically its a customer support issue because i lost progress on the quest
The GMs nor blues here won’t be able to handle this. If there’s a bug, then that’s something QA have to look into.
This same issue happened with the quest last week. Now that it’s here again this week (and the quest takes place in a different zone), I can’t help but think that maybe it’s an intentional change? Why would they want your quest to be removed from your log though?
The customer support forum isn’t here for “I’m the customer, I need support” issues, I’m afraid. We’re a help desk to point you in the direction you need for your greatest chance at resolution.
The employees here also do not have any jurisdiction over issues regarding the game itself, generally only account- and billing-related situations.
Reproducing the issue you encountered is the job of Quality Assurance so they can forward it to the developers for a fix. But they will only hear of it if you post about it over in Bug Reports.
