I believe that WoW developers and directors don’t like pvp.
In their heads PVE > pvp.
Like the old phrase - “shut up pvp guy”.
The problems we currently have in pvp are:

Too much damage in a very short time, little chance / time to use any defensive.

Sub Rogues can reset a fight, stun the target and kill him in less than 3 seconds with 100% crits with no chance of defense.

Tank paladins don’t die. They manage (as always) to bubble inside stuns, silences (even the druids’ silencing area), and are causing massive damage.

DH tank causing extremely self damage and absurd self healing.

CONVOKE is not the problem, the problem is to build stacks in 2 seconds killing any target.

hunters shooting through the wall killing any target in very short time …

healers managing to heal 100% of their life with an instant skill without a CD, there is no more MANA problem for healers.

Affinity of Druids being a problem …

Reborn after death … seriously blizzard? Not even the shaman’s “REBORN” works in pvp …
So…
Some parts of the skills rotation have become extremely slow, while other skills are killing players in 2 seconds with no chance of counter, classes that have stun like rogues are way worse - they can kill you in one fast rotation.
Although you can still handle druids or hunters … ROGUES are a serious problem.
In BFA the DHs were the biggest problem, now the rogues are the new DHs.
Rogues have the biggest toolkit in the game, having everything at their fingertips, miracle defensive, insane self heal, God-style firepower, stuns all the time (from 2+ sources), they can reset a fight whenever they want and when they are invisible they can get 100% CRITS. and kill you with a simple stun + some damage, in 2 ~ 3 seconds.
And there’s no chance using trinket, they do it again with shadowdance + stun AAAND…kill.
Even smokebomb is a problem. The enemy team from outside cannot heal / attack those inside, and the enemy team inside cannot attack / heal those outside … but the friendly team can. and still take 10% less damage. Really blizz ?
Rogues are just…Wrong.
BFA was an expansion where we complained a lot about the DHs but the rogues were there, enjoying life.
My opinion :
I don’t think rogues need to take some heavy nerfs, they just need to change the legendary 100% critical to, at most, 30% more chance for a few seconds and change the way smokebomb works for allies, they can only attack those inside too.
For hunters, just change the covenant skill to affect only who is in the marked AREA, if they leave it, the skill does not work through walls …
And for druids - don’t nerf convoke, just decrease the stack a LITTLE, this should solve the problem of players dying in 2 seconds, they will die in 4 seconds. If they fail to stop a convoke within 1 ~ 2 seconds then the player deserved to die.
I agree with some other players in other topics that the druid affinity is unbalanced. But i don’t know how to improve that.
To all classes > we need the resillience defensive style again, blizzard can put it on vers. if they want to, but we need that protection against CCs - if you are stunned, the next stun for 20 sec will stun you for 50% less timer…that needs to work on stuns, fear, blind, etc…
As a DK, my burst time is very … bad. I need to put 4+ fastering wounds on the target, then use apocalypse, then unholy blight, dark transformation, and in the end maybe the abomination … This takes at least 7+ seconds to build IF the target helps to be closer to me. And for the actual damage to enter, it takes even longer.
I understand that I am a character that puts pressure on enemies and not do massive damage, however in an x2 arena this becomes very clear when I have difficulty dealing with a rogue stunning and killing me in a rotation of 2 ~ 3 seconds without a chance to use my trinket, if I use it, the rogue does it all over again using shadowstep with another stun. 100% crit is too much. “Oh but then you use some defensive” - the rogue will go off battle, waits his low CD to run off then starts again. simple.
100% crits is TOO MUTCH !
