Fixed an issue where honor earned in Deephaul Ravine was not giving quest credit for “Preserving in Battle”.**
Day #68 of Season 1, surviving but at what cost. There are fewer people creating groups for rbg, wpvp is dead, disbalanced classes and bugs, 2vs2 is on the decline and Blitz is still a colossal disaster that Blizzard just wants to ignore.
They refuse to correct what they caused…
People have had enough and don’t want to continue. If anyone finds this message, please know that Blizzard didn’t try to do this, but we did.
Dude…this is the fruitful vision of the wow leader coming true. They create content specifically to generate token sales. M+.
Wow is a full send pay to win business. PvP doesn’t sell tokens. It’s way too hard. It’s not that it doesn’t happen but look at trade chat.:::everyone selling mad carry groups for gold. All m+…some raid……very very little PvP.
I bug reported this recently, and as a proud fotm reroller, ill do whatever it takes to distract blizzard from changing the status quo, even if it means keeping them occupied with bug report threads.
hey, at least pet battles are balanced. You dont hear them complaining about 1 button pets, pets with infinite CCs and slows or that their pet isnt healing enough
If World pvp is your jam, there is a weekly sparks quest and war crates in every TWW zone periodically. Finding folks with war mode on and initiating combat isnt hard, but you wont find Scarab Lord sized conflicts.
The lead developer of the game has literally stated he doesn’t care about pvp. I’m not exactly sure why anyone would expect it to matter to anyone. Honestly with the lack of pretty much anything outside of one bg for almost ten years…and maybe a few new arenas in that time period…what exactly have they done for pvp players? Absolutely nothing. To think it’s even on the radar over at Microsoft is honestly foolish. They want their players in content that will get them to a stop point and buy carries and tokens…this doesn’t really exist in pvp outside of third party boosting services. They haven’t addressed the bots at all…not even the ones that are reported multiple times and are blatantly obvious. They don’t care and they aren’t gonna start. They announced a 6 YEAR expansion plan…6 YEARS!!! and at the same time said in multiple interviews with multiple devs that they had no plans for pvp development. If you pvp…know that they don’t care and won’t. The writing is on the wall. Has been for years.
I have not seen this but if its true then that would explain allot.
Unfortunately that is exactly whats happening… Players are quitting, AAA companies all have the same business model that the Customer is always wrong, and this Bethesda mindset is killing games. Big titles are turning into massive flops, huge losses Hollywood style lol.
Played since Vanilla. Quit a few months into Legion because pvp was getting bad. Decided to come back recently and cant believe what has happened to the pvp scene. Ive always been a random bg rat so thats where I spend 85% of my time. Its so bad now. People leave constantly. Premades arent being matched against other premades. Balance is just whack. Theres literally next to no reason for somebody like me to stick around. WoW obviously isnt made for me anymore. Its not hard to quit your game blizzard.
let me sum up everything…
with ion in charge of wow…pvp will never see any love and attention.
it will always be horrifically poorly balanced and the rewards will look like some
blind intern developed them. and if you wonder how the head of wow managed to
keep his job through all the cubicle crawls and cosby suite stuff…two words for ya.
Token Sales. That his gimmick. he makes blizz a lot of money so dont expect anything to change. just accept it or pray that a new game is created
