With the newest round of PvP Fixes changing PvP-Only modifiers (specifically things like Resto Shamans 4piece or casted ability modifiers)
Is there an easy way to see a list of all the PvP specific modifiers? Like I remember hearing somewhere that Earthen Wall is reduced in PvP and I want to know by how much. Is there any way to find it, even via 3rd party websites?
you have to check the spells on wowhead and look at the pvp multiplier.

Leeka Updates this pretty often, The PvP mods for every class, can cross reference like Fylerz said to make sure it affects your spec.
A core design mistake, the PVE side of the game never should have gotten so insane that the modifier stacking was this mental in the first place.
