You don’t need any of this stuff. I play with out any of it VS pugs and I normally solo Q
In reality “effect” consumes like LIP / LAP / FAP should have all had 7+ min CD’s; mostly because they’re so often used.
As for nades, maybe 3 mins CD?
But way too late now for that stuff… Just play as is and enjoy it

I cant say I know anything about that event, but I can tell you have I have “Griefed” World Dragon kills on my mage solo; its incredibly easy to pull off. You should try it, its kinda fun and mines some seriously impressive amounts of salt.
Let’s assume because your avatar reads: 58 you’re on Anniversary. With that being said, when my druid was 45’ish I got ran down by numerous 
peeps attempting to gank me [Edited]: (outside of Tanaris). LOL, travel form / Nature’s Grasp (if resisted) pop a Hot or two / travel form. 8 out of 10 times, I’d get far enough away to cat-form / stealth / dash.
My gnomish mc cap feels like it works maybe 10% of the time if that and don’t get me started on the net-o-matic. I’ve deleted and remade it more times than I care to admit.

Something that Xdrain told me about Rocket boots is kinda strange but seems to be true… IF you only have 1 or 2 pairs on you then they seem to fail a lot more often then if you have 15+ on you.
Not even kidding, if you have tons of rocket boots they seem to last forever and never fail.
Purging FAPs is fun tho. Waste that gold :D.
