PVP items ARE being effected by scale down

PVP items such as the new epic conquest gear (ilvl 483) is being scaled down to 473?

"There is now a maximum PvE-Item Level of 473 while inside of Arenas, Battlegrounds, and Rated Battlegrounds.

If you are wearing a non-PvP item in an Arena, BG, or RBG that exceeds the 473 item level maximum, it will be set to item level 473 for that match.
For clarity, PvP items like Conquest Weapons at item level 490 are NOT affected by this cap and retain their item level."

Direct quote so if pvp items are scaling down its a bug.

If I were to guess, instead of checking if the gear has Resilience or PvP Power, they whitelisted only the blue honor gear on the vendors and literally everything else is considered PvE gear.

This is the quality we’ve come to expect from this multi-dollar company by now, though.
