Same. Pretty annoyed to find my vault full of 382 gear when it should have been 405

same here. got 2 rewards at 392, one at 382, cannot upgrade it.
also, last week i got tier pants from pvp. this week i have pants, hands and helm in the vault, none of them are tier (and the helm is bugged). wassup with this?

Tier set pieces on vault are random and can show for pvp rewards. That part is working correctly. So you may get pvp pants or you may get tier pants, or both.

It’s the base item with no rank options that’s the problem.

They fixed the upgrade UI bug (showing higher ilvls than the actual upgrade) in todays hotfix. Hopefully if enough of us make tickets they will see this.

i made a ticket yesterday, no response until today.
but they focused on that trading post nonsense that is not at all time sensitive, cool feature great, made no difference if it went live today or next week

I also had this issue on multiple characters and also having an issue where PVP gear used with the revival catalyst loses its upgrade path when turned into the tier set
very frustrating basically has handicapped any tier progress this week.

I got a reply to my ticket:

"Sorry to hear you were having trouble with the your Vault item.

We’ve implemented a fix that has resolved most cases, the item level will become what it should be once the item’s upgraded.

There are a few cases that still have issues and cannot be upgraded or receive sockets, but we have another fix planned for those next week."

i picked up the item, the upgrade track is now there. it is 4/9 and ilvl 382 though, so i think it will only be fixed when upgraded further, else it stays at base item level.

I got the same reply but mine unfortunately wasn’t fixed. It doesn’t show the upgrade track and it still doesn’t allow me to even place it in the upgrade window. I had already put mine in the catalyst and made it tier so maybe that’s what is making it still bug out.

that is a difference indeed, i had not taken the item out of the vault before i had received the reply to the ticket that it was fixed. neither did i try to convert it afterwards, so i dunno if that works or how well it works

Just checked my bugged chest piece. It’s still 382 but shows it’s already been upgraded to 4/9 Rival 1. Still have 382 stats though when it should be 398. I wish they would just mail me a new chest piece and be done with it but I’m guessing that’s too much 1 on 1 GM time. Here’s hoping the vault is fixed for tomorrow.

The catalys and vault look to be fixed this week, i still have a pair of gloves from last week stuck at 382 but showing upgrade 5/9
hopefully the gm can just fix that issue for me

im in the same exact boat as the previous post i chose the chest that was lower ilvl and was just like its fine ill just upgrade it myself even though it shouldve been duelist and now it is locked with no upgrade path and i was told by gm the problem was hotfixed and that the rest that were messed up were going to be fixed today and just logged on the item is still locked. Very tilting to get no help at all with this issue even though they know about it and could easily revert catalyst charge and give me the correct ilvl conquest chest. Very aggravating to deal with
