If your a raider you win pvp its not even a challenge. You get killed in seconds to pve players who raid so once again only gear matters no skill. No pvp stats like res or pvp power. we cant compete at all to raiders.

I mean I used to. Just don’t care to any more. But what’s hilarious is seeing months of “We shouldn’t have to raid for gear to use in PvP” pre-SL, Blizzard makes PvP’ing the ideal gearing avenue, and now the PvP’ers are crying because raiders are coming in and beating them.
Sounds like some people caught a case of the bads.

I was getting destroyed by mages last week but I just assumed that I’m just that terrible where I can’t kill what’s supposed to be a squishy class because I don’t know my rotation yet.
Which I don’t.
Also, I kept going toe-to-toe with Warlocks and getting wiped off the map. LOL.
Triple shield legendary…counts as healing done. They use it in pvp to protect their combustion buff from being stripped.
Ah. Well that sounds balanced to me.

To be totally fair, the person you’re responding to is correct in that mages are incredibly high on healing meters now due to Triune, which is being addressed tomorrow. However, it shouldn’t have come to that in the first place between that, ice block healing conduit, among other things.
Calling him bad doesn’t change the fact his comment involving mage healing, and insinuating it’s a bit absurd is accurate. Because mage healing is absurd currently, and their tankiness has gone through the roof, which Blizzard has them self addressed with these nerfs. And when we discuss “mage healing”, we must remember that absorbs count as healing done.

If they put the gear back into dungeons/lfr/M0…and so on…then this wouldn’t have ever become an issue in the first place.
It’s been a long time since it was obvious that there’s no real way to mix PvE into PvP.
So, while it’s the only realistic way to get good weapons, faster upgrades…the roflstomping will continue until someone confesses their errors and makes it right.
Uhh… This has to be troll right? If you hadn’t noticed, all of us “raiders” are decked out in 50%+ PvP gear.

wat? PvE players can’t even gear themselves like PvPers, 1 loot per 10 bosses and It’s RnG.

Pretty much. I haven’t gotten a single upgrade from normal or heroic. By the time we start clearing heroic on the regular I’ll be full 220+ from PvP.

I remember that time where one hunter spec did really insane damage when they picked one specific covenant. I didn’t play that spec or covenant so I got laughed at as I tried to kill anyone.
But every rated group requires high versatility?
