Even number of players and opponents. I go to heal someone being targeted with a Flash of Light and he’s dead before my heal lands. And the next. I throw a Holy Shock heal yay it landed but it’s a fart in a stiff wind he gets wiped out while my followup Flash of Light is channeling. Then I try to catch the next with a Lay on Hands - too late he’s dead but the LOH procs anyway. I get off no meaningful healing whatsoever. Then they pop me like a balloon. I’m 1140+gs I should at least be global-proof. Oh and the amount of CC I eat besides. It’s ridiculous.

I feel your pain. In full high warlord gear my shaman has o pocket a chosen few in a bg. It’s rough out there for healers.

None of my characters currently die in a global, and most are only in T1 and T2 as alts. There’s a lot of damage, but the big situation is that damage is not equal and survival and healing is not equal right now so there’s a significant disparity in outcomes.
It’s not going to get better either, they don’t care about PVP. They should just convert all servers to PVE at this point. BGs aren’t even being played anymore.
