My resilence is my character stats windows says it reduces dmg by 66.4% from players, it’s doing 0%. It’s clearly a bug and your just being disingenuous. Probably got ganked in pvp once and then held a grudge for 20 years.
I have a strange feeling my death strikes won’t crit you for 35k like they currently are NPCs. Almost as iff… Resilience.
People are getting crit for 45 k. There’s literal one shots. The fact that you don’t know means you haven’t been pvping.
No, resilience is just not working lmao. People ARE critting 35k in pvp right now. Lmao why are you arguing about this when you haven’t even played it? I did a lot of testing, players are hitting me for the exact same amount of damage whether I’m in full PvP or full PvE gear.
Thats a fact, though. Everything is scaled for level 85 content.

Im not arguing that there isnt a resilience bug. That may very well be true. What im saying is the damage and healing is scaled for level 85 content and will not feel “right” until 85, with or without the resilience bug.
Oh wow wtf, I just learned that blizz implemented a working dmg reduction system for pvp in SOD. 50% dmg reduction, about the same amount most people in cata prepatch should have from their bugged resilience. Must be nice.
Haven’t tested this yet but it would make a lot of sense if this is the case. Says I got around 45% damage reduction from 1150 resilience which isn’t even that much resilience but there’s zero chance i’m actually taking 45% less damage, but not sure.
Yeah I just had a friend do damage to me with various spells while I had on PvP gear and then again when I was in full raid gear and it’s about the same so its 100% not working lol
So resil currently not worth wearing? Literally a dead stat?
Oh you think so eh? Based on the alpha version we’re currently playing, I would tend to disagree that anything is launching in a couple of weeks.
Trying to be hopeful. Cata is my favorite expansion, and I hope they don’t butcher it.
They already have. There are a months worth of bugs and launch is on the 20th. I would be shocked if everything got fixed by then.
To be fair i beta tested and i reported most of these bugs. Didnt test or realize the resilience bug, but a lot of these other bugs were reported by myself and other testers.
Many of these were actually fixed in the beta. So i can only imagine we got some earlier build for the prepatch for some reason.

Looks like everyone needs to wear those stam gems/enchants. Stamina the original PvP stat.
Must be nice to see pvp. I hit wg and the usual….90% of team south. 10% die in keep, which happened before pre patch so no Change.
And match over, door steamroll. Maybe you 4/10 kills of quest done. Depends on if your 40 raid mates kill something lol.
