I agree with most of it.
PvP talents are my biggest complaint. Roar/Scatter are mandatory. So you have 1 slot left to choose from several good pvp talents. It feels especially bad considering 2-3 of these abilities should be baseline: scatter, explosive trap, roar. Scatter shot and explosive trap would see use in M+.
Wishlist:
Double Tap off GCD
Pet buffs
Scatter/Roar of Sac/Explosive Trap baseline
Posthaste baseline(BiS talent for every spec and every form of content.)
Brutal Proj bug fix
Rework Steady Shot in some way. It feels awful to use.
I disagree with Craven Stratagem being too strong though. There is a decent choice between Craven and Surging Shots right now. Many of the other legendaries are just weak and need buffs/reworks.

Here is the ssds feedback, multi R1 hunter and way more experienced than I am 
To be honest, the biggest buff to hunters right now would be to nerf Holy Paladins. Hpal has always countered Hunter and it’s so insanely op right now that hunter just feels like a waste of time. I wouldn’t mind some HP buffs for pets, too.
As for BM, this spec is such an unmitigated disaster and in need of a talent rework. But, we know Blizzard won’t do that, so it’ll get a flat% aura buff and the PVErs will stop crying that it’s awful and it’ll remain useless in PVP because it needs more than flat damage to make it viable.
Craven is arguably the most overpowered legendary in the game, its just not noticed because it isn’t an offensive one or put up any buffs for ppl to see.
Taking Double Tap off the GCD would make me so much happier oh man
