I just hit renown 22 and went to upgrade my PVP honor gear. The Upgrade vendor in Oribos says I need to hit 22 before I can upgrade my gear. I am Renown level 22. Anyone else have this issue?

just kidding it looks like you have to accept one of the quests in your covenant sanctum then go to the pvp vendor and it should work. lol
Did you complete the quest from you Covenant Renown NPC? It unlocks the the upgrades. There is a quest at both Renown Lv. 7 and Lv. 22.
