I couldn’t believe they got rid of pvp vendors, who was that effing stupid as to think that was a good idea? I was so thrilled of getting geared but now I can’t do a thing, I just have to sit and wait for Blizzard to give me a random piece of gear that probably won’t suit the play style I’m going only to be discarded to see if ONE DAY I get the piece I need after a ridiculous grinding

I don’t think I can play again until there isn’t Traits, artifact nonsense in pvp and gear vendors are back. I last played in October 2019. I have a sub running until August which Im sure will expire just before shadowlands. I am assuming Shadowlands soonest is the very end of august. I just have zero interests in their No flying without unlock stuff, World quests and dungeon farm.
Shadowlands mainly intrigues me because of the squash back to 60 levels totally changing the experience of leveling a new character. I have no reason to believe with their track record PVP is going to suddenly be good again with super high participation.

Its ashame too, because the PvP in this game was one of the best PvPs out there and one of the original esports before everything became an esport. I am right with you. If there isnt PvP vendors and the continuation of the trait/essence/dungeon grind then I wont play.
You get the same gear from a M+12 as you do at 2100 rating. In what world are these equivalent? Are only 2-5% of people doing M+12? I mean come on Blizzard, be realistic about this.

Whelp, Shadowlands will sadly go down as the first WoW product I don’t pre-purchase since Vanilla, and it’s exclusively because of PvP gearing. We gonna hit 2k posts without a Blue response in two years

i dont understand whats to test? you took PvP gear out almost entirely and i only say almost because you can obtain completely irrelevant gear through pvp so i guess in a really sick joke of a way that counts. there is NO reason that PvE is a mandatory way to PvP effectively there has 100% been times where a piece or two from pve can make its way into PvP and thats kind of ok because at the end of the day it was your set bonus and PvP stats that held a majority of the weight in the PvP setting but now i find myself miserable sitting in raids and doing keys just so i can que for a random bg with my friend, or wife and try to have fun with them and we get walked over by some PvE lord decked out in high key/ mythic gear its unfair and its wrong for the content before it gets any longer of a rant theres nothing to test you have thrown PvP out the window and are guinne pig testing how much you can force us to do while you throw RNG systems in our face despite how much we all hate it if anything you are testing our patience. bring back Tier sets bring back PvP vendors nobody wants to gear through RNG while you reap the subs from the time farmed into it
