Pvp gearing is absolutely miserable

We actually need the gearing system from WOD to come back because it really helped PvP gear be the best for PvP and PvE gear be the best for PvP

That and the WQ weekly actually gave decent gear. This xpack is stingy in every way that was smart in other xpacks, starting with the way they literally halved the rep.
