Game is supposed to reward players who do all the content with more gear.
So why is it some classes can’t benifit from pvp gear by doing pvp cuz all pvp gear has versa on it? Why wouldn’t you just create 3 different pieces per slot on the pvp vendor?
I did heroic raid this week, did all +10 keys, got 1800 in arena and conquest capped. And literally none of the pvp gear is useable by my spec.

I agree it is time to remove the Rank 7 honor gear 22 renown timegate. People are clearing Normal and Heroic Nathria already, along with +10 M+ or even higher.
Timegating honor pvp gear to stay at 184 for another month is absolutely ridiculous.
I disagree, I don’t think PvP gear should come anywhere near close to PvE gear. The system as it is fine, just give it time to even out.

Conquest gear is 200 IL to start… and upgrades to 220 IL once you are Rival and farm enough honor to upgrade it.
Explain to me how 220 IL gear is “terrible” please

This early in the expansion Versatility isn’t a bad thing to get. There is some superstition that versatility is always bad if you’re not a versatility class but all that primary stat min/maxing only matters once you are geared beyond a certain point. Right now you need all the stats.
I say go with the versatiliy until you start getting dungeon gear. Your healer will thank you.
I pvp only so far and I’m glad all piece has versatility. If wanted different stats i would PVE.
My spec only scales with the pvp stat and mastery. Go figure.
They don’t “all have versatility” I have crit, haste and mastery pieces as well from pvp.

That’s not what OP is saying. I’m not saying that the only stat you get from PVP gear is Versatility. You always get 2 stats.
OP is asking that not all 2 stats have 1 be Versatiltiy.
Last I checked, in PvP, VERS is the go to stat for all classes. Followed by your main secondary.

That is the stat people who pvp want. The truth is you can never have too much versatility, you can only have too little of something else. That is not true with most other stats which can have soft caps depending on your spec.
versatility is definitely priority for pvp content not sure why gear rewarded from pvp wouldn’t have it

Why? Because you do that content? PvP gear should BE BETTER than PvE gear in a PvP environment and vice versa.

Secondary stats in Shadowlands are a joke. Main stat ALWAYS better than secondary even with a 40% “buff”.
