PvP Gear Ilvl

We usually don’t have that information until closer to season launch. I’d expect there to be a datamined chart near release date of expansion. (Assuming Gear is even finished being implemented by then)

It’s what Ion said in an interview.

I’d love to see Ion attempt to play his Shaman as enhance spec to 2400 in any PvP content. That would be good for a laugh

I’m fine with gear progression in PvP in an upgradable sense, but I hope they reduce the currency costs for PvP so that its not overwhelmingly tedious. Also def not pleased by the fact that there exists a 7ilvl difference from the best PvE gear accessible from raids and the best PvP gear.

Hit 2400 on them too???

It’s not hard, just ask big daddy Ion

Tbf, the only spec that hasn’t hit 2400 is Blood dk. But someone did on EU

Would like to see Duelist + give 226 rewards. No reason to have 2400+ be the same as mythic raiding / 15s when the vast majority of the season 2400+ will be significantly harder to achieve.

As a blood Dk player I understand why. Out of all the tanks . That one bores me the most in pvp

On wowhead if you change the tooltip on sinful gladiator gear to challenger it’s 213, which is what they said it would be today.

If you change the tooltip to duelist, its 226, same as when you change it to elite.

Unless they change it, it looks like the gear caps at 226 starting at duelist, at least for the weekly chest.

Give us a 4 and 6 set bonus for our gear and the problem is 90% solved. PvP gearing is bad and not fun (HELP) - #1990 by Dentist-westfall

Really good change at a minimum. Still shouldn’t be any requirement but what can ya do…

Watch the PvP playerbase be just as non-existent as it is in BfA. Agreed though, rating reqs are 100% trash.

Look all you have to do is look for a 2400 rated player, lose a game with them and you get an easy 226 item in your weekly pvp vault right?
Oh wait lmao thats M+ my b.
