do these stats exists anymore in shadowlands? i miss stacking speed and leech

I received a great vault reward chestpiece with speed.
(Seriously, check the armory.)
So yes, you can randomly get gear with speed. Idk about leech, but there are definitely leech enchants.
IDK if you can get the stats by buying with conquest though.

Yes, but not as stats you can aim for, really.
Speed, leech and avoidance are bonus stats that can randomly roll on any piece of gear (at least in PVE drops) kinda like titanforging but washout the ilvl. Another bonus roll is indestructible for no repair cost.

you can collected but what i miss is when it was useful for rbgs. I used plus speed for flag caps idk if leech would be effective
+speed from mythics were great in pandaria because you could use them in your advantage as a rogue on fc maps also id stack vers set so i was pretty much unkillable with heals. wish blizz would do this again to give players something extra to try to obtain.
i think only gems and enchants with +speed/leech/avoidance work in bgs.
