Can we please get updated PvP gear and additonal PvP ranks?
The new shoulder enchants and mixed sets has created a true 2shot meta.
I’m running around in WPVP with ~9k hp and still feel like a piece of paper. Especially if my trinket is down. This is flasked and new AD stamina buff.

You mean ALMOST everyone plays Paladin/Hunter/Druid/Shaman, you really hardly see any other classes around, maybe a fair bit of rogues
You forgot mage and warlocks, icelance does 1.5k+ damage and is spammable with iceblock plus displacement, So a good mage absolutley FARMS. (but i agree its a high skill cap.) Also warlocks/Spriets still dot and rot you VERY effeciently in the hands of a good player. And rouges Also 2 shot… but now there are lots of ways to deal with them. But yea warrios have gotten shafted. Hence ALMOST
Clothies still drop dead almost immediately, apart for meta warlocks, but yeah like you mentioned high skill cap, theyre not FOTM friendly like the other classes mentioned. Specially the most wheelchair class of them all paladin, it really feels like almost every alliance i encounter is a paladin
Ps. Fun fact, blizzard is most likely very much aware of this fact, thats why the boss you summon in karazhan crypts (mage/warlock needed) is called Unk’omon
MY MAN oh 100% … to be fair as well and harp on my own class/spec for a lil bit, feral with the t3, 2p Naxx set is also GIGA dumb enabling. Happy my class/spec got love but… uhhh… a bit too much.
They should allow us to upgrade our R13 sets next phase somehow with higher stats(mostly stamina of course) and also let us either core forge/draconic them but not both. And make the Horde Warrior set black/grey, that would look so badass.
Also, please put more +hit on PvP gear for god sake including Blood Moon gear. I’m still rocking Don Julio’s Band for the +hit like its 2005 because Band of Acurria never dropped for me.

I don’t need to be in a 20 minute slot machine jack pot fight. SOD is retail lite, so give us a proper middle ground where my button pressing truly matters.
The simple ask is to have pvp gear in game that keeps up with the raw damage of tier gear.

SOD is (as much as you may hate it) built entirely on the VANILLA foundation. SOD is exactly what the devs always said it would be, a RE-DISCOVERY of VANILLA. SOD is a FAR CRY from retail or even retail lite.
And yea, this is vanilla pvp, where gear, consumes, buffs, and what buttons you press and when you press it matters more than ever, becuase of your small health pool and no damage dampening! Thats VANILLA bro! … lets pull up literally any vanilla PVP video for you so you can understand. And personally Im doing fine with r13 PVP gear and r14 wepons.
Let me re-phrase, if you want a version that is FAR less punishing PVP wise for misplays, mis-steps, wrong button presses, gear, consumes, and buffs. . .

Im enjoying the hell out of mage pvp now. Fully buff with a titan flask I can reach 12k health. =)

BUT, your really struggling understanding that classic part. its not twitsted with retail its half wotlk and tbc abilites, (which most people consider to be more classic versions of the game) and the other half are uniqe abilites that retail doesnt have, meant specifically for upgrading CLASSIC combat while still keeping that same CLASSIC feel.
Hence the whole 5 shot meta. (10 shot shots with full r14 and consumes.) Classic plus will be the same way. THATS WHY IT WILL BE CALLED. " CLASSIC … PLUS " . I can say it for you but i cant understand it for you.

No Chief, im here for SOD a fast paced 5 shot skill intensive meta that this or CLASSIC offers. . . if your NOT here for that then you are in the wrong place.

If they added more ranks the horde would need 40 40-man raids of raids because I’d be rank 2000 on day 1 slapping the orcs with my rock hammer.

Druids are factually the most brain dead pvp class. And this is coming from a Shaman main.
I quit SOD as soon as I saw them capping ranks and then releasing the gear saying ITS NEW AND UPDATED and the only update was +10 stam.
They won’t add R15 or new pvp gear.
Blizz could have made SOD a master piece. They went the extremely lazy route.

Agree, it wouldn’t even take much more resources to give a pvp update. It would bring tons of people back and improve QOL for those of us running around in the world.
