I had no involvement nor interest in this either until I started leveling a character through BGs. Strangely enough, what I found was twinking was enough of an issue to motivate me to come to the forums. Before leveling through BGs I didn’t even know twinks were causing problems. I even forgot twinking existed until then.
Honestly I probably wouldn’t even still be here if the first reaction I was met with wasn’t outright hostility for daring to question why twinks can farm levelers with impunity.

its subjective to her, as each of us have different experiences. Its not like she is the only person that has leveled in a battleground before.

And that’s why Id like other SS’s of all these farmed BGs by twinks. I’m not denying that twinks exist or that gy farming happens. But by how much is what I’m questioning. Most of the landslide wins or losses have lasted 10 minutes, not the full duration of a BG in the GY. And the experience earned is so high you’re out of that bracket in 2 games if you’re doing more than just BGs.
This is taken a bit out of context.
Let me explain to you in a chill manner. When twinks were separated, queues became longer (due to less players being available) and longer until the point where they were non existant.
Why is this? Is it because nobody wants to face twinks as a twink?
That is the easy answer that doesn’t really consider what exactly is going on.
Consider how often you can get Alterac Valley and IoC in low level brackets. Almost never right? This isn’t due to nobody being interested in 40 mans, nor is it a lack of population. Its due to the fact that if you queue for it, you’ll be in a queue forever.
Why is this? Because nobody queues for it, because they expect the same results.
This situation is exactly what happened to twinks the last time this was attempted. Sure the twink community is significantly larger now, and could possibly sustain itself, but is it worth the risk of that same thing happening? Most of us feel it isn’t.

I could care less about your ss, and I am not going to do them. Its a waste of time. I am not going to stalk players in the armory to see what gear they have, or become so obsessed with going down rabbit holes when the main problem is obvious. You are doing what everyone of us has done pretty much, which is level by doing battlegrounds. Just because you might not be getting your face melted does not mean it does not happen to others.

It will definitely help though. Nothing would be 100% ever. But people would actually enjoy the battleground with even odds.
No it won’t. Enchanted heirlooms will just take it’s place as they are mostly on par with twink gear.
I’m honestly in favor of a separation, I just think it’s funny that the general group in favor of it is a bunch of pseudointellectuals who go around spouting “fallacy!!” against everything said that doesn’t fit their bias.
The “I’m so smart, look at me!” group on the separation side makes me want to make twinks just to farm them.
That and their fawning over the op like they want his autograph is hilarious.

ya but they will level out of the battleground. No twinks would have exp on.
I’m in favor of a different separation, something like an ilvl bracket or honor level. I know what you said before about the honor levels, but it’s something they do at max level so why not low level?

Twinks actually did do this. Turn xpoff, farm gear, turn xp on and enter BG then leave before the end so they don’t level out
right, but if we separated twinks to their own que, then anyone fighting levelers would have exp on. Keep up please. you gain exp during the bg also, not just at the end.

Yea, but if they start at the beginning like level 20, won’t be much. They’ll get quite a few BGs in them.
