PVP "free-for-all" WQ

What’s everyone’s opinion on the fact that you can group for the free-for-all WQ?

I personally think it kind of defeats the purpose, and ruins a lot of the fun.

Annoyed the heck outta me in DF. The amount of times I came across 5man groups camping the FFA WQ for hours on end killed a lot of enjoyment for me.

I personally think that being in the FFA area should give you a debuff that will force you to drop group if you have been in the area for X seconds.

It still wouldnt force people to attack each other, but at the very least they cant receive friendly heals in a FFA area

I think it’s fine honestly. Free for all doesn’t necessarily mean that no one can team with each other, it just means it’s chaotic and there’s no rules.

There’s no rules against fighting your own faction and that also means there’s no rules against grouping up and fighting alongside your own faction. :dracthyr_shrug:

That would be a horrible idea and for the exact reason you mentioned, they wouldn’t be able to receive any friendly heals.

Screw healers I guess right? Already bad as it is that people don’t want to play healers in PvP, you’re just doubling down on that even more. Healers would be useless for WPvP if they couldn’t do the one thing they were designed to do, which is healing.

I’m here to farm for the bee mount, so I’m all for grouping so I can get the quest done and leave.

I don’t mind people grouping as long as they have the quest, but I feel like when you finish, you should be forced out of your group after 1 minute and be about that FFA life.

Then the optimal thing to do would just be convert to raid group so that no one gets quest credit. :dracthyr_shrug:

ITs good imo. I still dont like the fact that your faction can kill you. thats not good in the feels dept

I enjoy going into them solo, but If I see a group I call up some friends or guildies to punish them for grouping / camping.
