Went from 1400-1850+ rating in solo shuffle after 1 game, but the elite transmog is still not unlocked. I think because I skipped challenger through to rival, it bypassed when it was supposed to give the reward

I’m having the same issue, I hit rival but can only upgrade to challenger 2 gear. Gave me the rival achievement but not the transmog. I jumped from 1000CR to 1600CR one game so sounds similar to your situation. Hope they fix this soon!

same issue here, and same cause, was ~1400 rating then went to 1865 after one solo shuffle, not unlocked

I have the exact same problem. I have met the requirements as per wow mentions. I have Rival Achievement + the 1800 CR that requires but since I skipped one of the ranks, I did not receive the rewards.
I filed a support ticket and blizzard response was, “do more arenas”…
Unacceptable.

I’ve had something similar. Not the set not unlocking but several games where I win 5/6, 4/6 or even 6/6 I wont gain any rating. I’ve talked to several people in Trade and they say its been happening to them too. I’m not sure if this is intentional but id definitely like Blizz to look into this, not just for me but for anyone who deserves the rating they earned.

Same issue here, gained challenger II and rival I from one successful round of games, ended on 1850 or so. No elite set granted though, just my previous pieces from 1400 unlocked. Submitted a ticket

Having the same issue. One game that I won 6 rounds on, I jumped from like 1400 something to 1840 and then played again and at 1900 now. Still no Helm or Shoulder unlock.

same. played a 1339 game. went 5/1 jumped to 1778 and skipped thru challenger 1. won another went to 1836 and despite getting rival achievment. im now at challenger 1 w 1836 even when my season highest is actually rival. never got the transmogs. opened a ticket earlier and i am now waiting.
they closed my ticket with an automatic message telling me to look for the answer somewhere in the forum and/or wowhead.
UPDATE: upon being ignored via ticket, i decided to play. i was challenger I @1836 so i played 2 matches (each one gave me one rank update) and got to rival @1937
I had issues with RSS as well. I passed a rating bracket in RSS last week before reset, only to find that I couldn’t upgrade my gear and my vault loot didn’t upgrade, either. I got screwed twice over. I was quite annoyed about it. I would have kept queueing (as a PVP Healer, mind you) and pushing rating had it not bugged out on me.
Honestly, the Customer Service is a bit lacking. I get tired of being treated like it’s my fault when something goes wrong; also, the canned, automated responses… unacceptable. People send in tickets to talk a live human being, not someone’s Siri or Alexa. I mean, even if they can’t do anything about it, or if it’s something they’re working on… just to hear that from a live human being would be 1000% better than being redirected to some FAQ page with suggestions like, “Have you checked to see if your computer is plugged in?”
