And it shouldn’t. It is by design that the game mode that requires 2 teams of 40 (80 active subscriptions) rewards participants more than the modes of 20/30 subs.
I like the idea of them buffing the Concerned Efforts/For Greater Honor turn significantly. Like 15k - 20k significantly. Something that it’s too hard for people to ignore.

I love how much you guys underestimate how much everyone that isnt you hates you for the last 4 years of AB/WSG. You made them unplayable for solo queuers and now youre demanding Blizzard force-feed soloqueuers to you by nerfing AV honor to near nothing while buffing AB/WSG honor through the roof.
Youre doing nothing less than proving what ive been saying about you as a group this entire time. You LIVE to game ruin and be toxic to anyone that isnt you and will go to extraordinary lengths to do it.
What do you REALLY think is gonna happen if you make it so AV gives next to nothing when queueing AB/WSG gives literally nothing due to being bombarded with premade after premade? What do you think solo queuers are going to do when faced with different flavors of nothing?

I get that being stomped as a pug vs a premade sucks - I know because I solo queued a lot in Classic. I never was part of a ranking premade. I liked the BG’s, I solo queued AV, AB, and WSG. So no one hates me

I don’t think a balancing is force-feeding. It’s just making it fair to those that are going insane in Alterac Valley - not everyone likes AV, some people would want to queue other BGs. It’s giving people the choice.

Premaders will adamantly refuse this. They dodge eachother now whenever the OPTION of fighting eachother comes up. Same reason Rated BGs collapsed near instantly after they were introduced.
The lack of game ruining for a bunch of undergeared less coordinated solo queuers just took all the fun away i guess.
Don’t knock it until you try it. I also don’t care about premaders, I solo queue most of the time or queue as a 2-4 group (not sure if that makes me an evil premader), make matchmaking apply to all groups size for all I care.

I was trying to ignore your comments and just suggest something to help the other BGs this time Agrimar - but okay.
A lot of the people who are posting about being unhappy now were really excited about PVPing with the honor changes, and they are now disappointed that the BGs they love aren’t popping. Some of them mostly solo or small group queue too.
As always, you can have your opinions.
People can premade AV by the way, and that can be for fast wins but it can also be to decimate and even cave camp the other team.
That isnt an answer. Premades dodge other premades or they win trade. They never fight it out.
Also, my point is extremely simple. If solo queuers thought they could queue AB or WSG and have an enjoyable experience win or lose and get something for their time that made it feel worthwhile… theyd queue for AB or WSG.
They aren’t. And that tells you everything you need to know.
The Alphie premade owns at the moment, 15-min max, they wipe the entire alliance team and you’re lucky if you have 1000k honor since you can’t get through to do any objectives.

I had multiple games last night that were fun. It just doesn’t make sense if you’re ranking because the honor is so slow for the time and effort relative to AV.

Btw, gloating about AV premading doesnt just finish fulfilling the predictions i made when the changes were announced(i was 100% accurate btw). You dont care about AB/WSG. You care about PUGfarming and youll do or say whatever it takes to be allowed to do it again.

- I play mostly alliance - Alphie is horde - I’m getting pug stomped not the other way around.
- I would love if other BGs would pop more often, not just for 3-4 hours at night, and I would like it to be more viable in terms of honor gains for the amount of time and effort
- I’ve been advocating for matchmaking
And I don’t think you’ve read anything anyway, clearly.
FWIW: I’m in an AV - a complete stranger “I wish other BG were good for honor”; “if they really wanted to get things more even, they could have messed with DR on kills and improved honor on other bgs instead of just nerfing token turns”

if Queues are instant WSG is the best honor by far in a good premade
The choice already exists and has been made. Some are dissatisfied with what was chosen and now want to influence the choice of others.
Fair but most people solo queue, idk the stats but I can only assume that the majority of players right now just want to solo queue which is fair.
Need to make the HPH worth for solo queuer - and also have pre-made only face premades. I do agree with my bff agrimar that pug stomping is kind of lame for everyone, and the cap is 500k not 1.5M.

If I am ranking and I am solo queuing, I am actively shooting myself in the foot by queuing anything but AV.
Was AB/WSG deleted from the game? The choice still exists.

Now let me tell you what happens if you get your way:

Participation craters. Solo queuers realize they get nothing for their time regardless of what BG they queue for so they simply quit queueing. For any BG at all.

Premaders, desperate to keep their HPH up begin openly and flagrantly wintrading. This continues for several months until a large swath of them FINALLY get a suspension. Despite it only being 2 weeks to a month, most never resume playing.

Premade discords begin organizing world raids. These end up actually being fun but the issue is that they target lone or small groups of players only. Any counter raids that form are avoided like the plague. Too much like fighting another premade for their tastes. World pvp groups of different factions actively coordinate to avoid running into eachother.
From here, only one real outcome is possible. People get so sick of the state of “world pvp” and pvp in general that the pvp cluster sees a massive dropoff in players.
Eventually, only former premaders and established raiders are left. No new levelers. No new blood. Stagnation.
Death.
But Mankrik will explode in population.
If given what you want, you will consume everything around you like locusts.
Time will tell if Blizzard is as shortsighted as you lot are.
Yes and a daily BG would allow premades, as is, to queue against those trying to get their daily win. PuG premades are only going for one game so gear checks/coordination won’t be as strict.
