A player whose opinion I value, has recently told me that PvP crit chance was capped at 20% regardless of stats. I can’t find anything on pvp crit chance, can anyone enlighten me?
There’s no cap. Some specs might try to hit some kind of cap due to a mechanic built within the spec.
around 30% is when you start getting less bang for your buck.
there is diminishing return points on all stats that can act as soft caps, some more than others, but also in pvp crit effects are nerfed 50%, so you usually avoid crit unless its really valuable for your spec/build.
