Hello, I am looking for some arms pvp macros to reduce the amount of buttons taking up my bar.
I have trouble finding space for disarm/ spellreflect. Espically when i have 2 trinket abilities.
Im considering removing some of my focus macros but i will see if i can do something else before i do that.
here’s one ive been using forever.
cancels your bladestorm
charges if out of melee range
rends if in melee range
you can replace rend with any ability that is melee really. hamstring would be another good choice

With the gcd change and purge there’s really nothing to macro together anymore to save space.
You could try using /cast (@mouseover,exists) spell;spell instead of using a bind for one thing and another for it’s focus.
Only macros I’ve used for quite some time now are cancelaura bladestorm - I macro it into a /cast Victory rush button, serves the purpose of not canceling accidentally by using it with a more frequented skill
And focus storm bolt, focus pummel and @cursor heroic leap

This one starts the ingame stopwatch when I use stormbolt and start a stun DR.

if you’re doing arena, this is a good macro for focus pummeling healers. You can edit it to cast on focus or just one for arena targets 1-3. Or if you’re doing a BG just edit in an enemy healer’s name 
also I bind my cancelaura bladestorm to overpower. It also cancels goblin glider and dismounts me.

An important macro for arms warriors everywhere 
You can also go
/use [mod:alt] 13
/use [nomod] 14
So trinkets are on 1 key and do the same with
/cast [mod] disarm
/cast [nomod] spellreflect
