I still have respect for the wrathful tabard

Top left is most rare, bottom left is most common.
I really don’t care, people (mostly the ones who can’t get one) love to say things like
Which is true to an extent, except imo when the mount is more rare then the percent ones.
you mean saying your argument makes no sense? the post was about which pvp achievement/titles are respected the most
how does getting glad mount in a dead season in which most consider the entire expansion to be a meme = getting respected? and your logic is what, because there are less people that own the red drake than wrath means it might be more respected?
Stop tryna unintentionally increase the prestige of the rival gladiator drake
Well for one, its harder to get rating in a dead season. Dead season = deflated ladder.
Every expansion has been meme worthy, fun fact s2 of this expansion was actually really good except for blizzard artificially injecting mmr into the ladder every week (which is probably why they didn’t this season).
Finally, doesn’t matter if you respect it or not tbh, who are you?
not even true, glad mounts aren’t percentage based, people can play at beginning of the season when it’s more active or towards the end when mmr is more inflated just for the mount, but overall you could still have less people owning glad mounts than previous expansion because there are less players playing for glad
every expansion has been memed but some are memed more than others
just like bfa s4 and sl s2 or the entirety of wod
if it doesn’t matter why are you commenting on this thread LOL? that’s the topic of this thread
Rank one title that isn’t corrupted or sinful
I think people sometimes just have the wrong idea on what needs to be respected. Every season had some thought deprived comps that could basically give you a free ride to a certain rating or title. And thinking about what other people think is respected or considered high in stature is pointless. Focus on your goals and if you meet them, then kudos to you. This gives you the opportunity to set higher goals. If you see someone playing a class/comp that you feel is incredibly hard to succeed at and they’re doing it, then in your opinion you’d regard them with a certain degree of respect. The entire concept is subjective.
Personally, I respect players based on their attitude to the game. Looking at rating, accomplishments, and all the other things feel less significant to me. Don’t care if you’re 1500 or 2k exp or r1. As long as you’re out there qing, having a positive attitude and willing to learn & offer constructive criticism to the players that you play with (with the goal of making yourself and others around you better) without whining/complaining every second, those are qualities seldom seen in players these days that would make me think high of them.
Where did you get this data? It just doesn’t make much sense for the current glad mount to be more rare than the older ones since they were rewards after a % base cutoff… Unless no one is playing this season which could be the case I guess.
Gladiators are still less than 1% of the population. There were a ton of factors in the past for glad titles that have been removed. Like playing until the end of the season, your team not disbanding, grinding high rating with a broken mechanic then just sitting on the rating for the rest of the season and not playing. Now more people can get glad early in a season (even though its harder without rating inflation than at the end.) Regardless though these people are in the top 1% or smaller. Its also not about “respecting” a title. Most of the toxicity in this game comes from this short sited attitude. Its more about getting some friends you like playing with and getting some interesting rewards, about competition and getting better as you move along. Eventually you get in games with popular streamers and then you win some games vs them, then win a lot of games vs them and everyone feels good about how much better they have got.
Doing dmg is also being mechanically good at the game. Do you think that a person that does no dmg but can do everything else well should beat someone that does mongo dmg and nothing else? You have to be able to do damage while seeing and reacting to everything else. If you can only do 1 or the other then youre just not going to win as much as someone that can do both. What I tend to see, really high damage players are good at everything. PVE players that are meter topping in good guilds can become really good at arena too, its just different things to learn but just because they pve does not mean they can not learn pvp scripts too.
For every revo there is a keator hope you understand
What is this from?
rip, it wont let me quote the image
?
if you know how to read at all you would be able to infer that i think all glad titles after %glad change is less prestigious than the previous ones

How does it not make sense? It shows what % of the player base has the mounts.
Link above.
beauty is in the eye of the beholder
i only respect season 2 gladiator achievements
That’s a whole lot of respect.
that’s right, and all other achievements are irrelevant
Havent they donr this every season since like mid-mop when they instated the rating inflation system? 99% sure its been 10points/week since mop
From a blue post
…over the past 7 years World of Warcraft has had a rating inflation system in place that increases the mean rating of competitors at a rate of 10 points per week…
kind of but not really
‘no dmg’ is different than damage when it matters so what you’re asking is stupid
didn’t say they couldn’t
just said they don’t have to right now or the last 2 seasons specifically
