Hey there, I’m a 1800 multi-classer. If you’re shooting for 1800 and just dipping your toes into PvP, I’d first learn about other classes’ offensive and defensive cooldowns. And also having knowledge about tracking diminish returns will help your success tremendously.
Depending on what class you’re playing, you’ll figure out what stats to stack but having 30% versatility is definitely a must.
Thank you for ACTUALLY being helpful. All of that stuff seems pretty straightforward compared to learning every mob/boss in M+ so shouldn’t be too hard to get there as HPriest sometime this weekend!
it’s so tragic that the forums have devolved into introducing yourself with your highest rating. every one of these mglad r1 are to blame. it’s disgusting behavior. you mongoloids have segregated this once amazing community into your number (rating, if you didn’t get it) filth. shame on you.
every one of you forum warriors posting on your mains like it matters. people have died with medals of honor and you clowns act like you’re high n’ mighty with some current, solid, logical evaluation of game balance.
yea I said it and I don’t care. it’s cringe.
unite the community. segregation ruins inclusivity.
edit: also, to be clear, I hold Blizzard directly responsible for this segregation. yea George, I’m talking to you. shame on YOU. you gotta keep your job though, right? disgusting. unite the people. do not continue to compartmentalize them.

Of course! I’m not amazing or anything. I just play to have fun with friends. But if I guess if you really want to watch streamers, Absterge or Mmarkers play healers. And if you want to see how all the top PvPers gear, you can check out the website murloc . io.
Also, you can hit me up for games if you need help or just need some tips in general.
Best of luck!
you don’t have to say anything about your experience, CR, or anything, man. let the weiner inspectors do their thing. Blizzard knows they are at fault and that’s exactly why they are changing rating thresholds which was the only reason I posted here recently.
you are a player and that’s it. don’t ever let any one of these clowns on these forums tell you different. once Blizzard actually makes prestige attainable, you will see PvP explode. as it is now, the ratings are thresholds for boosters, services, and clown alts who think they are hiding when they aren’t.
shame on all of you.
I would say sorry, I’m ranting, but I’m not sorry. shame on every one of you.
What does Andy mean, is that a name of someone?
2800xp/2260cr/8x glad/1000x duelist here, how can I help?

It won’t be prestigious anymore if that were to happen.

Wrong.
Just press queue and solo shuffle to 1800. It’s impossible not to get it at this point.

How is it not attainable, you only need a pulse for 1800.

Arena related forums have always been like this though. AJ even had like a dedicated avatar flare where your # of glad titles & # of r1s was displayed as an increasing number of badges. Not having a couple crowns under your name sucked. It was like a visual appeal to authority lol.

Update, already hit 1800 and it was easier than timing a +3
PvP is a joke lmao
I know we meme about this a lot, but the vast majority of players who engage in rated pvp do not get it. I think pvp just requires different thought processes that a lot of people don’t have.
More specifically, most players are hard wired to try to avoid things but in PVP there’s often no avoiding, but escaping and surviving.
this is obvious for anyone that’s paid attention to, or watched a vod of low mmr shuffle caster gameplay
you have shadow priests or warlocks running (moving at 20% movement speed because they’re shived with crippling poison/chains of iced) the entire game instead of actually casting spells
You still owe numerous people apologies for racist and pdf comments.
