Is it just me or are the vendors not present in game? Can’t find them next to the great vault like the patch note says.
I haven’t looked for them myself, but technically, nobody should have the currency to buy an item until next Tuesday, so maybe they will be added then? There was a bug that allowed some players to complete the quest multiple times on the first week and purchase items from them so I’m guessing they were removed to prevent further purchasing if anyone else had the currency to do so.

I see. I was hoping to see what’s on the vendor, but after finding them, I was worried that my characters/account may be bugged out which may have caused me to not see them

Also, they def didn’t fix that quest issue… I’ve seen multiple players with fated heroic items from SotFO already which is impossible to get as of now.

There are some wowhead class articles that show the best items to get from the vendor so that might give you some ideas, but I concur it would be nice to see a full list. Hopefully the vendors will show up on Tuesday reset.
I would recommend you submit those player’s details as you find them to hacks@blizzard.com for exploiting a bug.
You’ve seen multiple people with sepulcher gear because the chest from the dungeon weekly last week could give gear from any of the 3 raids, not because the vendors were bugged.
The vendors are still missing after maintenance today which means people could realistically be finishing their first quest at any moment and have no way to actually use the dinar.
Vendors likely phased out until players have the dinar from the quest. Need players to finish the quest, and still have the vendors missing to confirm this “bug.”
Several people have had SotFO gear in week 1, before weekly box was a thing.
This is not a bug, once you get your first coin and return to Oribos a quest pops up to find the brokers and they are there.
