Seems this quest is bugged right now. I have dropped and picked up the quest, removed all UI, and left the zone multiple times to try and get it to work. The thread and the cleaver are not showing up. Seems like there is some weird phasing going on when I enter the cave. Some mobs just vanish and others appear. Thinking maybe has to do with the pre patch icecrown events? Any ideas?
