The quest is impossible to due as you phase out of the Sanctum of Reanimation putting you in a previous version that doesn’t have the string or doctors knife. It is impossible to finish the quest and complete the achievement. I’ve disabled and reenabled add-ons and reloaded my UI to no avail. I have also done this both in and out of Chromie time to no effect. Please fix fast!
