I’ve seen this quest up once, when assaults started and couldn’t be completed because it was bugged. Every time necrolords is up it seems the kyrian one is always collect power cells for centurion. Is putting a plan together still broken? Has it even been back?

I despise RNG quests, you know it was like 11 months before the Potion of Prolonged Power R3 WQ was up in Legion?
Have this crap on a set schedule, don’t leave it to the fates to screw people over.
