Tittle. Please consider pushing 9.2.5 to last us and be much more content heavy please. As this was probably the original plan before 10.0 release.
Guild and everyone is probably not coming back for season 4. At least not to raid. I haven’t heard one person say they want to go do the same raids that we each got to spend 8 months on. And the season 4 dungeon pool is looking mighty crappy I must say.
Thoughts and Ideas for 9.2.5. You have 6-8+ months at least and with the right resources and team, you could put together a very nice package for the players:
LET US USE 3 LEGGOS! - 2 of our choice and one covenant leggo. Let us go ham, it’s the end of the expansion. And you made us craft/buy these god-awful things all expansion long.
One to Two new Dungeons
New Battle Ground. Each expansion has gotten a battle ground correct? Why not Shadowlands?
Cross Faction play with new dungeons, battle ground, raid. Also bring back TW raids for Cross Faction. One of your choice and tune it properly. I think I head/read the BFA one mentioned.
Small New Raid. 3 Boss raid. That is cross faction focus.
Heck a lot of mentioned above could be focused on introducing us to Dragon-Flight as well.
Dragon Flight into quests, a decent amount of quests.
Small Korthia Sized Map. You can’t tell me that small make took long to make. With some rares/mounts …you know the drill.
You probably have some ideas as well Blizzard for introducing us to Dragon Flight and so do other players. 9.2.5 should last us until 10.0
Why am I pushing this? Because I really do not want to do all the same raids with affix’s and some of the crappier dungeons from the last expansions, that I have done. I have no issue with older content being mixed in, redone to make look better and run better in the M+ setting. I am all for properly updating older content to be relevant.
I do however have a problem with this being the standard and giving the players less. Why create new when you can recycle old, with a little spin on it. I will not pay for that, I’m sorry. How long will season 4 last? Sounds like 10.0 is a ways away.
We know Shadowlands has been basically a sh+t show since launch. Just pull together a team and resources and give the players a great experience to last them till 10.0, that’s not making us do the same crap we have done, with a new spin on it.
tbf this is basically what the final 3 bosses of the current raid are. Since they tuned Anduin to be an end of raid boss. The current raid is like if they combined Heart of Fear and Terrace of the Endless Springs into the one raid instead of having them be two separate raids. Originally you needed someone in your group that had killed Shek’zeer to enter Terrace on that difficulty (that being normal or heroic). I used those two as an example since they are narratively linked. As the Sha of Fear flees after you kill Shek’zeer and attacks the Terrace.
BFA didn’t get a new one though.
So you want stuff that would be with Dragonflights prepatch to be released in 9.2.5. Okay then.
Sorry I do want to try out the raids OP. Probably my greed here speaking but I started in 9.1.5 so it’ll be a good chance doing CN as relevant content. LFR queues for it are abyssmal.
Supposedly Dragonflight won’t come out until next Q1 at the earliest, so we’re going to be having a LONG content drought. By now many of us exhausted ZM so there’s not going to be anything new for almost an entire year. The awesomeness of DF kinda left this vacuum of suckage we’re in right now. I hope it’s worth it.
