I purchased plans and diagrams from Lyrendal: Artisan Quartermaster in Dornagal. I right clicked on the items and i received the message: Performing this action will make this item non-refundable. I clicked Okay. Nothing happened. I am the correct skill level to memorize them.
Is there anything I can do to get this to work?
