Purchase failure

I was told to post in this bug report forum by Game Master Feolaergue.

Every single payment method I have tried in the last 2-3 weeks keeps failing with an error message stating, please correct error with your payment method (no error being pointed out or made). I have tried 3 different cards with way more than enough available balance and nothing works. I have contacted my banks, and they said the problem is not on their end.

I have tried deleting the payment methods and retrying them, and still get the same message.

I did recently change my country location on my account from SE Asia to US, as I have recently moved back to the US. My SE Asian credit card has been working for payments. However, I would prefer not to use it anymore, for obvious reasons.

At this point, my subscription is ending soon, and I can’t renew it even if I tried at this point… since blizzard is not accepting any of my payment methods.

You need to reopen your ticket and ask for it to be escalated if you want your subscription to continue as I can almost guarantee that it won’t be resolved by posting it here, despite what the GM advised.
