Purchase failure

I have tried to buy a couple items for a few days and I kept getting the same error message, so I contacted paypal and they helped figure out what the problem is.

They said that when I attempt to make a purchase, your store is telling them that the item costs $0.00, when it costs much more than that, which makes it invalid.

The solution is to try and figure out why it’s saying that.

I have made hundreds purchases over the years and never had a problem, so it’s very puzzling that this is happening.

It seems possible it could be the method payment and account name wording, which seems different from what it used to be.

I was sure it used to say just Paypal, but now it says Paypal+my email address, which is not correct, or wasn’t before.

For the account name, it’s used to be just the email address and now it says Paypal in front of it, which seems incorrect as well.

If it’s not that, then I’m hoping you can figure out what’s causing the $0.00 to kill the purchase.

I have given this information in a ticket, but they suggested to try here as well, so here I am.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Above all else, this is a money issue. People are trying to purchase products from Blizzard and are unable to because of a technical issue plaguing the store.

The sooner this issues is solved, the sooner the money can start flowing in again.

After sending 10 messages to customer support, they told me to come here, to technical support, because it seems to be a technical issue causing the problem with your store.

As the message clearly stated, after I contacted Paypal, I made a transaction with them on the phone and they said that your store is charging $0.00, which makes the transaction invalid.

So, the problem is technical in how your store is processing the transaction and the solution is in finding out why it’s asking for $0.00 instead of the actual price of the purchase.

There is another person above with the exact same issue, so it’s not just a random thing anymore.

A tech person could solve this in minutes.

It’s probably something rather minor, but they are very smart people.

Now this has been moved to the bug report, when it’s not a bug, it’s a very real issue causing Blizzard to lose money.

I can’t pay for my subscription if this doesn’t get solved. It affects all transactions, not just one.

Another issue of money not getting to the company. Most bosses would find that to be a troubling issue that should be solved ASAP.

I really want to believe that someone here wants to help. I just need to find that person. Your bosses will be happy when I do.
