"pumpers only"

Haymaker isn’t meta

Same can be said of any other group out there; it’s easier for me to check realm names, rating, and item level but to each their own.

You can also do that with WME. The difference is if you are found to actively troll keys or leave like a baddie you get blacklisted. It’s mostly about the expectation of respecting the run than it is to grab some random schmuck who doesn’t care if they brick your key.
If a run isn’t going well, people will discuss if they want to call it off.

It’s really just about knowing the people you play with will not be trolls.

It’s on their other account of course…

It’s almost like I typed:

yeah sure ignore everything else. Good talk.

Any group that calls for big D DPS.

Who came up with that?

As a commercial service plumber I approve this message.

Probably Asmongold.

Somebody who doesn’t do big dps.

I openly admit the same. :dracthyr_uwu:

“pumpers only” = I need a carry / I’m going to be toxic and flame you
“Quick run” = I’m going to flame you
“3k io alt” = I’m self conscious about the fact I cannot flex my score on my alt char so I’m going to make a point to tell you
“Push key” = I expect you to stay if the run goes well, and I’m definitely going to flame you if it doesn’t
“ez run” = I’m going to flame you
“Chill run” = we’re all bad and probably not going to time (I respect these tbh, at least they’re honest! but I do avoid them.)
“healer/tank pls” = We’ve been waiting ages and will take the bottom of the barrel if we need to
“Viewer keys” = I’m trying to entice you to join so you’ll be watched by my 2 viewers
“Guild run” = Our 5th isn’t online, we are all gonna talk crap about you in Discord and blame you for the key bricking
“No bads” = I’m definitely going to flame you

No offense but you’re not a gnome, gob, dwarf or vulp so you wouldn’t be staying anyways

Over 5 feet tall = not cute anymore, accept it and start wearing pantsuits.

I don’t make the rules, I just know them :tipping_hand_woman:

The perk with WME is that they’re typically very non-toxic. I join them knowing I’ll at least have a friendly experience if anything. I’ve had WME keys go badly and everyone is always understanding about it. That’s really the only benefit I can think of, tbh.

WME might have started off being very friendly and helpful but they are so insular that it’s become a point of contention for them. Which has ended up making them also very toxic.

inb4 someone says they are not, I was in that discord for all of 30 minutes before I saw someone get repeatedly insulted for suggesting that they wouldn’t be a carry.

Just to clarify what I mean by this: The person said “im looking for help, I will not be a carry” (suggesting that they would pull their own weight) and was basically told off by a half dozen people including moderators.

If you don’t believe me I simply invite you to check for yourself and join their discord.

People complain that pugs are toxic. for some reason, finding a solution to fix this is somehow wrong.

I do not. The majority of pugs I find myself in either time without comment or fail without comment.

I mean, you admitted right here that you were only in it for 30 minutes. That isn’t exactly a lot of time to pass judgment.

Whatever, I’m not defending WME anyways. I don’t care for the community, and frankly it’s just another avenue of pugging keys. I only go for them if they’ve listed a key that I need.

Sure. But it assures me that I won’t have leavers baby out after a wipe or two, bricking the key.

So they stay in bad runs to preserve their community reputation?

That sounds…less than ideal to me.
