been pilfering all day. spent a couple mill. been getting other parts but not the permit. is there anything else i can be doing that will up my chances in getting this permit?
Im in the same boat,
Maxxed inventing with 2/3 blue tools and 100+34 skill, i know its rng but i have been gambling for the permit on and off for months spending a couple of mil.
Have been seeing people get 4 permits out of 200k.
I feel like im missing something aswell.
Out of curiosity, are you both using full blue crafting gear, a mix of greens and blues, or just greens?
