Quest: Pulse Within the Earth
Went to hit complete quest and got the message: “Pulse Within The Earth failed.”
Solved: It works now after relogging. Initially when trying to relog it said: A Character with that name already exists." Before that I was unable to teleport to a dungeon group, so assume it was a cascade effect of bugs.
