#PullTheRipcord

Everything just sucks now on beta.

It’s so insignificant I don’t even know what covenant people are outside of their transmog.

Thanks for that.

Next time just let well enough alone won’t you?

Meh. It’s still a 6-7% gain for frost mages to be Venthyr.

I kind of wish they’d at least be consistent. I want to be a fairy mage!

They should have just opened up the stupid system though.

Not sure who you are replying to or what you’re trying to say.

Well you got the ripcord pulled. It was your campaign. Thanks for ruining fun.

I think you fundamentally misunderstand what we wanted.

We knew Blizzard was never going to be able to balance them fairly and wanted them to remain powerful and unique but allow easy changing and instead they had to do what their only option was and nerf everything.

Because you guys claimed to know Blizzard so well, that forsight should have determined what the end results of a campaign like this would be.

Like how our campaign over Azerite reforging, account bound essences, corruption vendor ended?

Okay Dexter enough time on the forums for you today i think.

No we didn’t . Blizz did the opposite of what we were asking for.

We wanted the abilities separated so they would remain impactful . We’ve been saying if they don’t they were going to be nuked into the ground.

No you guys asked them to pull the ripcord after they said they had a backup plan a ripcord. This is that ripcord they pulled it. They did exactly as you asked. Perhaps one should ask what the ripcord is before demanding it just pulled

If you actually believe for a second that this system was going to go over well then you haven’t been paying attention to both Legion and BFAs borrowed power systems.

If you want these “RPG” elements then you need to find a way for them to add to the experience and not be detrimental to both top end and casual players.

No they didn’t. They did the solution that literally helps none of the issues that were brought up.

You are just repeating fake news hand fed to you by internet media outlets.

Or I played Legion and the first patch of BFA and experienced those frustrations. Who are you to state that my opinion doesn’t come from experience?

No they did not .

We have always asked for them to separate the player power from the covenants.

They chose to take a sledge hammer instead of a scalpel like they always do to fix problems.

Plenty of people in the beta that have experienced the issues gave them feed back and to be honest if you think people that have already experienced it and tried to make the experience better for everyone are to blame for this. I honestly hope they skip the testing phases and put out the buggiest most messed up expac they can for the next expansion .

Because everyone that doesn’t seem to get it , Blizz is to blame for all of this deserves an expac like that.

It’s ok I still think your cool. Even if you are wrong and listen to way too many streamers and youtubers. We can just agree to disagree. But I will always blame your side for what happened here.

Then your opinion comes from a place of ignorance of who the actual culprit is. I have not heard one single good reason to have these abilities be the way they are when they’re a detriment to the gameplay side of the game. You’re welcome to try.

You’ll never agree that anything is a good enough reason because you value a different aspect of the game way too much. Well personal opinion of course. Fun being subjective and what have you.

No. That’s how the game is designed. They release content and say you have “x” amount of time to do it before things like PvP exclusives, AoTC mounts in Legions case part of a Mythic transmog and many other things disappear. Now, that’s for the more top end players of the game. Who have no interest in being a liability in their progression of harder content be that of high end keys, Mythic Raiding or Rated PvP.

For the casual player who just wants to experiment and try out new builds to come up with their own they can’t. It’s the exact same complaint from BFAs Azerite Reforging cranked up. They’ll be on these forums talking about the exact same issue that was going on in the last expansion and Blizzard wastes time trying to fix unbalaced systems for the majority of the expansion.

I just wish for once Blizzard would cut the BS and focus more on the content they put into the game rather than balancing systems that was destined to fail from the get go. Anyone with eyes and half a brain could see that from the gameplay perspective (You know, the one you say I value too much but apparently are too blind to realize that different players like different things) that this would going to be a travesty. And it still is.

Your are being a bit blinded not me.

You are too focused on trying to win some internet argument. you ignore what is even being said.

No I can read just fine. I hold firm in my stance.

You say as you cherry pick part the last post that breaks down the problem with Covenants that you conveniently ignored.
