They were releasing balance updates every 3-5 days. They were rewarded with “I quit because you nerfed the shurien or overpower traits I farmed so hard for and now I can’t two shot people.”
No, I actually said that multiple specs had different competitive setups. I never said every trait was competitive or that there weren’t any dead traits. You inferred that.
Nah, just the nonsensical ones that have literally 0 merit.
Yeah but also doesn’t contribute anything worthwhile to the discussion and when you argue with a fool, others may not be able to tell the difference. Trust me, many people tried tried to show him the light on essences but he’s too dense.
Fortunately he’s been wrong on every point he’s argued, as we’ve seen by the decisions that Blizz has made to fix their broken systems.
I’m playing my Warlock/Rogue/Paladin multi-class. I sneak up to them in stealth, and then use AMBUSH with my dual-wielding Skull of Thal’kiel in my mainhand and Ashbringer in my off-hand, and then I bubble hearth to safety.
That’s the future that Ripcorders want. DO YOU WANT THAT FUTURE FOR YOUR CHILDREN?
Yes. Let us all pretend that “bring the player, not the class” never happened. That homogenization never happened. That all of the professions and racials were never nerfed into the dirt to prevent players feeling “sub-optimal because of a choice they made.”
If Blizzard has expanded Covenants out into being fully fledged classes, instead of a Covenant spell and a few Soulbinds that keep getting nerfed whenever they do anything useful, I’d be more understanding of locking Covenant spells.
Instead, in terms of major gameplay impacting abilities, they’re just one spell. Many of which don’t actually alter your rotation much if at all. The Soulbinds that have stood out keep getting nerfed because Blizzard understandably wants to balance the Soulbinds with each other.
If you’re trying to say you’re trying to get gear from LFR to help your group, cool. Just say it next time. Proves further you’re a liar, and you do LFR on the regular though.
