I primarily PuG. By Primarily, I mean only PuG. I’d like to see how far I can go in TWW as a tank. However, since I PuG, can’t decide on which to choose… thoughts?
Blood DK will be OP. Prot pally is always good PUG tank since they heal and lots of interrupts.

Just level all of them, and gear/push whichever one is meta. Check mythicstats.com or archon.gg for a great m+ meta source.
How far you can go is probably far on any spec you like, but it might be really hard if those specs have the community perception affix. You are pugging, pugs want every advantage they can get. Your experience will be far better (even if the spec is just barely better) playing meta specs. You will get into more groups, play more, practice more, win more.

I was thinking prot pally because they have so many tools. However, if people think they’ll be bad, which I’ve seen some videos about, I worry I won’t get into higher level groups…
