I don’t know if this is new or I just missed the boat, but it seems like any public crafted work order now required 100% of the mats from the buyer, meaning the crafter cannot, even if they wanted to, use their own mats.
New or nah?
pretty sure it has been that way since the start of the expansion - there are a few things the crafter can add but the basic mats the buyer must input
Feels like yesterday I could let the crafter add some mats, but today it seems like they are all required from the buyer.
You can let the crafter add the mats if you do personal orders.
I do not miss the no mats WOs at all. Most of them were scams to steal inattentive crafter’s mats at pitiful fees. I made a point of doing them with the cheapest R1 mats I could find. Good riddance.
No mats WOs with a good fee to cover the missing mats were much an anomaly. Made sure to fill em with good stuff, but they were few and far between.
