I dont think they announced the time it would go live but, I was just wondering if anyone might have an idea what time it could be?

very curious as well

Did they mention a date?

The 29th (later today)

I don’t remember seeing that.

Looks like a WoW Classic Era PTR client appeared in Bnet, however -

It launches into a 10.1.5.49595 client (DF) and has 4 incompatible realms showing up.

Hopefully they recognize they pushed the wrong client into the classic PTR sooner rather than later.

multi-dollar

I am seeing that too lol. I do not know why dragonflight is launching lol.

“Do you have what it takes to go Hardcore? You will be able to check out Classic Hardcore on the Public Test Realms.”

jk. you will be forced to download Dragonflight and be met with an incompatible realmlist.

I would say between 10AM Pacific and 5PM Pacific. I will be checking the install button when the estimated size is not 88GB.

if its 88 GB mine is 3.80 GB

The Classic PTR has been pulling up Dragonflight for a while now.

Do you have retail installed?

Blizzard utilizes shared assets to save space.

As of 10:50am EST the Classic ERA PTR is still an 86 GB install, so we’re not there yet.

This is the blizzard experience were getting.

  • No communication on PTR till the day before.
  • No release time.

Very poor quality product that “keeps everyone happy”. (Blizzard needs to get a backbone)

i don’t even remember seeing anything about a PTR today? seems like everyone just started saying it would go up out of nowhere

WoW head and a dev interview pegged June 29th for the HC PTR launch. Now all we need is a giant alarm clock to point at Blizzard’s offices to get them the heck out of bed. :stuck_out_tongue:

Danged PST. Some of us actually have today off.

We are in the “Blizzard is at the office” time. Now we just stay cool til it comes out.

It will be up Soon :tm:

I saw that too; When I launched it directly from the file instead of battle.net (Called WowClassicT.exe) I got a realm screen with two tabs, each with an offline server.

I don’t even seen an option to download/launch the PTR. Must not be available for Mac.
