Really nice changes for Assassination rogues. Iā€™m very happy with how the tree looks now with great options for both raid and M+

  • Crackshot damage with Dispatch reduced to 75% of normal damage (was 100%).

Third lowest dps spec in the entire game gets nerfed. No justification, explanation, or compensation provided.

Was Outlaw pushing such extreme parses in 10.2 to justify pre-emptive nerfs? (Spoiler: No.)
