Arathi are neutral, Goblins are Horde. I feel after the awful intro we might get some emotional payoff for once. Imagine a flying goblin fortress built to domiate the skies.

A flying goblin city that is open to everone will finally have a Gadgetzan type city in the game.

sure we can explore that too. I doubt we get a new goblin city, not until Undermine is open, but at least Goblin content which we are needed all after too much Gnome attention in Bfa.
I’m hoping upcoming Goblin content lives up to the potential that people have for it

We know it’s 7 Miles Long so it will be the 11.1 Zone.
The fact that the Earthen mention continuing to dig into the Coreway suggests that the Core of Azeroth will be a Zone yet we also have the Great Roots digging into Azj-Kahet.
3 Zones. Beledar first.
Expect to see something resembling Exodar. Furthermore the Radiant Song came from Beledar and yet was heard by the denizens of K’aresh before Dimensius showed up so expect the Ethereals to be part of the Raid as well.
The denizens of Azeroth assume that K’aresh had a World Soul due to it and Azeroth both having the Radiant Song but Anduin discovering the Radiant Song came from Beledar rather than Azeroth throws that notion into question.
It’s as likely as not that the Beledar was simply near K’aresh when it went Void.
As for what’s in Beledar: no idea. It’s Void State seems to be the result of the Black Blood pouring into the thing after Sargeras stabbed C’Thun’s corpse. Get Goblins and Ethereal to plug the hole and the problem is fixed.

I just want to hype the goblins is all I ask for.
It’s not Kezan and Undermine, it’s trash.
I don’t care about a dumb uninhabited island.
Give me Kezan. Give me Undermine.
But yeah, I told you so. When people were complaining about no Horde content, I told you guys we’d be getting goblins. It was so heavily foreshadowed.
In Gundargaz, there is a kobold named Pikma Pigpoker who doesn’t appear to be from the Ringing Deeps. He talks about tallow candles and pig farming which doesn’t seem like something the other Ringing Deeps kobolds participate in. He is referring to some other island where he comes from.
Likely this is where we’ll be going at some point in the next major patch update.
