PTR so MW gets changes first and WW gets nothing?

Someone at blizzard really needs to explain what is happening because now I am actually getting upset.

What changes are happening on the PTR?

All the change notes are on MMO champion - its 10.2.5 PTR changes to monk. WW gets some damage % changes but thats it.

Edit: Reading the changes closer, yea its literally 0 changes. Still an unplayable class
