The Battle.net app only needs the authenticator the first time you log in on a machine. After that it’s just launch battle.net → play WoW, which on a decent PC takes less time than launching WoW directly and typing in your login info manually.
Some people here are forgetting arena season 1 gear is for… doing arena - not bgs.
Not sure if its been mentioned yet but the classic epic disenchant material were Nexus Crystals.
Abyss crystals were the WotLK one.
Guess we’ll find out when tbc comes out bro
It still may not prevent people from purchasing level boosts, and/or other third-party services where they relinquish control of their accounts to botters.
Just like writing “Not Food” on the label apparently doesn’t stop some kids from eating Tide Pods.
If you are going to nerf rep for Alliance, please move the Horde starting cave back.
That will make AV competitive again.
Any word on the kodo mounts making noises when they’re running? feels kinda weird running on this big beast and having no sound when those hooves hit the ground.
Oh no!! LFR is coming because of 4 bag slots guys!!
Additionally, I really hope they adjust the War Effort. People have already saved up the entire list of Supply Turn-ins. :\
Who else is excited to farm some bugs? I know Andov (MakGora) on EARTHFURY is!!
No war effort on the PTR Does anyone have any input or anything about that? Sorta curious, if it’s just going to be the same stuff or are do you think they will adjust due to server pop’s and so on. I have some Archive Links about it from back in the day, and curious how they’er gonna go on about it.
What does this include? I hope items like Blade of Eternal Darkness are included.
Lol, good catch. I guess we stockpile for C: WotLK early. But no end game vanilla enchants for us
From the classic q&a awhile back they stated it would be exactly the same
If you read WHY they were doing it, you wouldn’t have needed to ask the question.
You are inconvenienced once, as long as you don’t delete your cookies on your browser or have to delete your game for some reason.
So you’re more careful than most people? That’s great, we’ll send you a cookie.
Considering how many times you have to actually use the authenticator in 10 years (which is really not that many), it was an extremely minor inconvenience.
This is just a ridiculous statement and you should be ashamed you even took the time to type it.
I think you meant nexus crystals not abyss crystals.
Love the proposed changes! Also glad to see Classic Wow developers not being so scared of the community to do what they think is best when it comes to account security and preserving the original intent of the game. Some forum posters here will be mad about not being able to AV rep farm on their alts the same way they did on their main, but truly it’s not how AV was meant to be played, simple as that. Great job Classic dev team.
The tooltip in the Wizard / Mana oils says 1 charge… hoping that’s a bug because it should be 5
