When you go 3/3 of Improved Thunderclap it is supposed to be a 20% attack debuff. Currently on the PTR the tool tip says 20% but it is only applying 10% for Debuff on the creatures when you scroll over them.
In Classic, buffs and debuffs always only show the bonuses from talents and gear in your spellbook or action bar. Once applied to yourself or an enemy, the tooltip will show the base amount, but the effect will still be increased. You can compare Improved Battle Shout and its tooltip with your character sheet, and see that you still get the bonus attack power, even though the buff tooltip doesn’t show it.
Well this is TBC when did that change? Also with 1,000s of bugs, wrong values and tables I don’t believe that to be the case.
I’m still trying to get the Charge stun DR bug from Classic launch gone so that was 2019. Just hope they can pull this together to make sure value and tables are right. Charge shouldn’t DR any stun that was added in 4.0.6
There are so many things wrong on every spec. One of the reasons I didn’t play Classic but came back for TBC. I guess I’m just hoping it’s better this time.
If you don’t believe me, you can duel someone and have them check their attack speed.
I went on PTR to see if imp thunder clap and T2.5 5 piece Conquerors bonus would stack. From what damage numbers I could see with 5 piece bonus and without 5 piece bonus they we’re the same. Imp thunder clap is 100% damage increase and 5 piece bonus from T2.5 is 50%. I don’t understand why these wouldn’t stack? Shouldn’t they they stack?
Yea they should absolutely stack, just like thunderfury debuff should also stack with it.
