Like the title says you can kill Zekvir on tier ? difficulty and it counts towards your delve vault. He can be killed in 2-4 mins depending on gear and spec. He also gives you 25 valorstones.
This means you could fill your delve vault and get 200 valor stones in about 30 minutes. I like to have one main and a few alts. Killing zekvir a few times on my alts seems to be the most lazy way to gear them up slowly through the vault so that when I’m ‘done’ on my main I have a few alts options that are ready.
This is amazing and my favorite part of delves. I hope it does not change.
What do you think about getting heroic gear in the vault from killing a boss in 2-4 minutes? Have you been filling your vault with zekvir kills?

I didn’t think he spawned in on T1 difficulty. I’ve done up to T7 and haven’t seen him yet.

Considering open world players aren’t getting him down like this consistently, it’s a non issue.

He started spawning for me when I hit T7, so you may find yourself lucky or unlucky soon.

I saw him for the first time doing a bountiful 5 on my evoker. It was a candle one and he spawned when I was already fighting an elite. So he killed me. If I’d been on my lock it might have gone differently but he hasn’t spawned for her, nor have any “maps”

I wasn’t able to fill my vault by spamming the same delve.
I’ve only been running them on my BM hunter or affliction lock due to balancing issues so I’m hoping I’ll be okay if I meet him.
I think he means the lower level of the extra delve, it’s like ?? Difficulty but the second tier is ???

He’s talking about Zekvir on ? difficulty. it’s not a tier one fight.

given that this fight can be VERY different for different class/specs - and maybe impossible for some - and you need to have downed a delve 8 and have something like 600 ilevel, your alts are not going to be “lazy”.
killing zekvir is a full boss-like enocunter, and not some open world easy content. at least not in my opinion
i think the rewards you note are appropriate for the content.

Yeah this is what I did for the disc quest too, ran in killed him and reset a few times, took 5 minutes.
Also you 100% do get tier 8 vault progress from multiple kills. Very quick way to get your world content vault maxed out, and ? Mode zekvir is pretty easy.

My Brann is near level 40 and I’m pumping nothing but 8s and I still have yet to see that ugly mofo spawn.
Are you guys sure it’s random? Or is there something I need to click on or activate?

i have run quite a few myself and have only seen him maybe 3-4 times.
How is it possible that 95% of the replies in here don’t know that OP is talking about Zekvir’s Lair, the actual Delve?

Wonder what ?? Gives? I may try ?? Again tonight. Best pull before 4 set at around 606 ilevel was 65%

I was in a duo group the times I have met him and it is always at the worst time. Good thing is even if you die you still get loot from him.
