PSA: When questing in Silverpine

Watch out for that Son of Arugal (a b!tch). That was my first WoW Vanilla WTF moment.

The best part is all the tree’s there. If you dont know the more safe routes to take…you’ll get ganked by a werewolf or bear for sure. :stuck_out_tongue:

The Alliance Outrunners were my first “WTF?” moment in WoW.

Ahahaha yup! Your post made me recall that wtf moment I got attacked by the giant wolfed. Got owned. Wondered…“who’s Arugal?” And I thought the “Son of Arugal” was the only one for the longest time

I’d forgotten about these guys, they gave me a welcome back surprise visit over the weekend

Yeah, I was like reporting that there were Alliance ganking along the road. Had no idea.

There’s actually like 11 of them scattered around Silverpine. Though the one pretty much right next to the Splucher road is a big dick move. The one over near the Spider mine is also pretty annoying.

The rest are a bit off the beaten path so you’re not as likely to run into them unless you’re exploring pretty wide, but those 2 are actually near quests the game sends you to do…at level 11-13.

I wandered a bit too close to the Bulwark and was greeted by a Hello Bear.

Especially that one near the road to The Sepulcher dry humping the Mageroyal.

Yes, that evil bastard

I thought they were players in Vanilla. I tried to hide in some grass. :stuck_out_tongue:

That was my first fail ever running up on a new Tauren shaman on a pve server. “Hey look they shields next to their names” /dead

I didn’t even see them coming. I was fighting some centaurs when I heard a strange sound, it was them dismounting, and then saw four alliance characters beat me down before I could do anything.

The alliance have it worse, the Defias Pillagers are just as strong as an elite but aren’t. They hit like trucks and if I recall, we’re the #1 killer of players in the game for a time.
