Often times arent those 18-20 which is actually pretty high for westfall. Also they are elementals so immune to posions and a few other things making them more difficult

Kill the defias mobs as a rogue to get a red defias mask and be the only kid on your block with a helm slot item for ~15-30.

Bonus points if you do it as a horde rogue. I always make a habit of going and getting one for every rogue toon I make. Benny Blanco (I hear he’s from the Bronx) seems to be one of the better drop mobs /locations. Avoid the mine just west of him though, seemingly a never ending parade of Alliance running in there.

If you’re going to mention the elemental drop sleeping gas, don’t forget about the murloc drop nets you can also use from the same zone. Additionally, over in STV, you can farm jungle remedy, an item that removes all poison/disease up to 60.
